NIGEL WRITE MEDIA | Decoupling any relationship can hard . BUT . “You don’t cut off your nose to spite you face” 😶 . ✅ TYPE “NO” TO AFFIRM ✅ . Have you ever known a relationship was over and either walked away physically (or in your head) but despite what you told yourself (or said out loud to others) about this so- called “letting go”, the relationship still lingered and ultimately undermined your freedom to make meaningful progress? . Sometimes reflex or emotional retaliation causes us to attempt forced release in response to others detaching themselves . AND . we end up free falling into a never ending abyss of perpetually revisiting pain 😭 from the past and reintroducing it to the reality of our future forward which is being held back . additionally, .
