Today I celebrate being the free one in a baker’s dozen

Lucky 13 with the golden egg but you tried to cook my goose even after you ate.

Forgetting Family First OR Blood Relations are required to eat off my plate.

And when the clock struck 12, it was Desert time with a 30 day notice, “Dear Slavery: Crazy is contagious and it’s time to make My Dough NUTS!!!

Independence is removing your foot from my neck and taking your hand out my pocket. (at Manhattan Bridge)

Have you ever known a relationship was over and either walked away physically (or in your head) but despite what you told yourself (or said out loud to others) about this so- called “letting go”, the relationship still lingered and ultimately undermined your freedom to make meaningful progress? . Sometimes reflex or emotional retaliation causes us to attempt forced release in response to others detaching themselves . AND . we end up free falling into a never ending abyss of perpetually revisiting pain 😭 from the past and reintroducing it to the reality of our future forward which is being held back . additionally, .
